Feb 1- Monday- walk the dog 1 hour, go look at houses to rent in Las Vegas [some are gorgeous]
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ granola, almond milk, 1/2 decaf coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch: bean salad, 2 slices of turkey breast
Snack: 12 almonds and 8 cranberries
Dinner: chicken, tahini, garlic, salad w/ tomatoes, onion and parsley w/ lemon olive oil dressing,bread w/ olive oil
Desert: 2 pieces of 85% dark chocolate

Feb 2 Tuesday- walk the dog 1 hour, Advil cold and sinus, Buckleys
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ granola, decaf coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch: brown rice w/ lots of garlic and olive oil, bean salad, + broccoli from PF Changs
Snack: 4 pieces of 85% dark chocolate
Dinner: salad w/ lots of garlic and olive oil, I am trying to fight a cold and I find garlic helps a lot, more brown rice w/ shrimps scampi , 2 more pieces of dark chocolate, then Thera Flu night time

Feb  3 Wednesday- walk the dog 1 hour in the beautiful desert
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ muesli and almond milk, 1.5 cups of decaf coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch: bean salad w/ celery, tomatoes and tons of garlic, brown rice w/ tons of garlic. Garlic really helps me when I’m fighting a cold
Snack: slice of Swiss cheese
Dinner: Went to “Create”  burger joint, had a veggie burger - VG, came home had a Thera Flu and a teaspoon on Buckleys night time. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Feb  4 Thursday- walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast:oatmeal w/ muesli and almond milk, 1.5 cups of decaf coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch:bean salad w/ celery, tomatoes and tons of garlic, 2 hard boiled eggs w/ Tabasco
Snack: nuts, 2 pieces of 85% chocolate
Dinner: spinach salad. Quinio pasta w/ olive oil, garlic, broccoli

Feb  5 Friday- walk the dog 1 hour- I keep saying I’m going to go the gym but something always comes up
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ muesli and almond milk, 2 cups of decaf coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch:2 hard boiled eggs, leftover Quinio pasta
Snack: 12 almonds, 1 rice cake, broccoli w/ garlic and olive oil, 3 pieces of 85% dark chocolate
Dinner: went to Roy’s in Summerlin LV, had shrimp, salmon sushi, fish and 1 glass of red wine [Merlot]

Feb  6 Saturday- walk the dog 1 hour, go look at a house, get a US cell phone, go to the UFC
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ muesli and almond milk, 2 cups of decaf coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch: sushi
Snack: 10 almonds
Dinner: UFC, glass of red wine and popcorn

Feb 7 Sunday- ” Super Bowl Sunday” walk the dog 1 hour,  warm but drizzling out
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and 3 crispy pieces of bacon, 2 sausages, decaf coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch: broccoli w / garlic
Snack: 2 rice cakes, 6 glutten free crackers, home made croutons w/ garlic
Dinner: BBQ chicken, roasted root veggies, hot coco and a small piece of knock off Loblaws cake from a store called Albertsons

Feb 8 Monday - walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ granola, almond milk, decaf coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch: salad, chicken
Snack: 2 pieces of chocolate 85%
Dinner: went to Flemings steak house in Summerlin, had 1 glass of Merlot, salmon and mushrooms, 2 bites of steak, bread and garlic butter

Feb 9 Tuesday- walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ muesli, almond milk, decaf coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch: bean salad and chicken
Snack: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 rice cake
Dinner: chicken w/ tahini and salsa, 2 pieces of 85% chocolate

Feb  10 Wednesday- walk the dog 1 hour- starting the Jorge Cruise 7 day challenge. Went grocery shopping after breakfast to get some of the foods needed.

Breakfast: glass of water, 2 fried eggs w/ 1 piece of whole grain toast, decaf  coffee w/ 1/2 and 1/2 cream

Snack: 10 walnuts
Lunch: wrap w/ turkey [sulfite free],  cheddar cheese, lettuce, bit of mustard, glass of water
Snack: 1 mozzarella cheese string, water w/ lemon
Dinner: broccoli, w/ garlic, olive oil, parm, and steak, horseradish, a little water

Desert: 2 pieces of dark chocolate. I feel very satisfied, Jorges menu is very easy to follow.

Feb  11 Thursday-walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast: glass of water, 2 fried eggs w/ 1 piece of whole grain toast, decaf  coffee w/ 1/2 and 1/2 cream

Snack: 15 walnuts
Lunch: whole grain wrap w/ turkey [sulfite free],  cheddar cheese, lettuce, bit of mustard, glass of water
Snack: 1 mozzarella cheese string, water w/ lemon
Dinner: steak, broccoli w/ garlic, olive oil and parm, spinach salad, 2 pieces of 85% dark chocolate, glass of water

Feb  12 Friday- walk the dog 1 hour, then go for a 30 minute walk later to the Red Rock Casino to see “Paris w/ Love”- good action flick, Travolta is good and funny.
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs , 2 slices of crispy bacon, 1 piece of whole grain toast

Snack: I was hungry and I knew I was going to eat a late lunch so I had hard boiled egg, I know its a weird snack since I had 2 eggs for breakfast, but there is a reason. The reason is I was going to a 3:00PM movie and Jorge Cruise says NO popcorn on the 7 day challenge. I personally LOVE popcorn and normally I have 2 large. So I saved my lunch to eat at the movies instead , it did the trick.
Lunch: whole grain wrap w/ tuna w/ 1tspn of mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, 2 slices of cheddar cheese [at the movie]
Snack: 12 walnuts, 1 mozzarella cheese string, spy cinnamon gum[ at the movie]
Dinner: chicken breast, 8 spears of asparagus w/ olive oil and parm, 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate

Feb  13 Saturday- walk the dog 1 hour in the desert- saw 3 bunnies
Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy, 1 slice of whole grain toast w/ a pat of butter, decaf coffee w/ cream

Snack: 10 walnuts, it would of been 20 but my husband threw them out the car window at the ducks that were following me for food.
Lunch: multi grain wrap w/ antibiotic free turkey breast, 1.5 slices of cheddar cheese, lettuce, 1tsp of mayo, black pepper
Snack: 1 cheese string, water
Dinner: spinach salad, 8 asparagus, 2 lg shrimp, salmon, 2 pieces of 85% dark chocolate [ my husband brought home my fave. knockoff white Loblaws cake- I just left the room so he could eat it in privacy. GRRRRRR

Feb  14 Sunday- Happy Valentines Day!!!!!!! went for a 1 hour walk in the desert w/ the dog
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with spinach and tomatoes, whole grain toast, decaf coffee w/ 1/2+ 1/2
Lunch: whole grain wrap w/ turkey[ sulfate free], 1.5 slices of cheddar, lettuce and sprouts
Snack: 15 walnuts, 1 cheese string
Dinner: went to Woo in the Palazzo , had edamame, salmon, 2 bites of chicken, 2 glasses of red wine

Feb  15 Monday - walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, with whole grain toast, decaf coffee w/ cream

Snack: 12 walnuts
Lunch: tuna in a whole grain wrap with lettuce, mayo, cheese, sprouts
Snack: cheese string, decaf coffee w/ cream, 2  squares of 85% dark chocolate
Dinner: 3 shrimp, small piece of steak, tomato and cucumber salad w/ feta, 2 more squares of 85% dark chocolate

Feb  16 Tuesday- walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ muesli, decaf coffee w/ cream
Lunch: olive bread w/ turkey, cheese and mustard
Snack: 13 walnuts
Dinner: chicken, salad, 3 pieces of 85% dark chocolate

Feb  17 Wednesday- walk the dog 1 hour, then go for a 3o minute walk
Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/ cheese, 2 pieces of olive bread, decaf coffee w/ cream
Lunch: whole grain wrap w/ turkey and cheese
Snack: 15 walnuts
Dinner: went to Agave Mexican restaurant very cute, had chips and guac, salmon, glass of red wine

Feb  18 Thursday- walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast w/ almond butter, decaf coffee w/ cream
Lunch: turkey slices w/ cheese
Snack: 15 walnuts
Dinner: turkey burgers made by Jeff- so good, Greek salad, 3 pieces of 85% dark chocolate

Feb  19 Friday- walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast w/ almond butter, decaf coffee w/ cream
Lunch:3 slices of cheese, turkey burger
Snack: 15 walnuts, 1 piece of 85%dark chocolate
Dinner: Greek salad, chicken w/ Tahini , 2 pieces of 85% dark chocolate

Feb  20 Saturday- walk the dog 5 minutes- today is moving day!!!!!
Breakfast: Starbucks decaf coffee w/ cream on the way to the new house
Lunch: almonds, granola bar
Snack: olive bread w/ almond butter
Dinner: Smiths BBQ chicken and potatoes and arugula salad, glass of red wine [ J. Lohr bottle on special for $15.00]

Feb  21 Sunday- unpacking, cleaning and organizing all day, walk the dog 3 times for 8 minutes each times, fed the ducks. [ note to self buy some wild bird feed]
Breakfast: bacon and eggs made by Jeff on the outdoor grill, no smelly kitchen
Lunch: bite of chicken, almond butter on olive bread
Snack: walnuts
Dinner: pasta [quinio] w/ hot tomato sauce, glass of red wine , arugula salad, 2 pieces of 85 % dark chocolate

Feb 22 Monday - walk the dog 45 minutes, I’ve been so busy organizing the move, I have been not walking or working out for way too long. I bought an I-pod today so the plan is too start running tomorrow. Well first I have to learn how to download music, usually my friend Molly does it. Molly come to Vegas.
Breakfast: decaf coffee w/ cream, piece of bread [ no toaster yet] w/ almond butter
Lunch: 1/2 a sandwich w/ turkey and cheese
Snack: no stack today, running around to Marshalls,  Costco and Target.
Dinner: salad, shrimp, pepper, potatoes and a bite of steak, 1 glass of red wine

Feb  23 Tuesday- walk the dog 1 hour- found a little beach in Desert Shores- so cute!
Breakfast: 2 little pieces of toast w/ almond butter, decaf coffee w/ cream, 1/4 cup blueberries
Lunch: quinio pasta w/ parm
Snack: 12 walnuts
Dinner: salmon, salad, edamame, 1/2 glass of red wine, 2 pieces of 85% chocolate

Feb  24 Wednesday- walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast: 2 pieces of rye toast w/ almond butter, decaf coffee w/ cream
Lunch: Greek salad
Snack: 6 thin slices of turkey
Dinner: 15 walnuts, small chili at the UNLV game, and a big glass of Merlot { thanks Connie, I almost had a beer}

Feb  25 Thursday- walk the dog 1 hour, shop for the house and office
Breakfast:
2 pieces of rye toast w/ almond butter, decaf coffee w/ cream
Lunch:
Greek salad
Snack:
walnuts, 2 cheese strings
Dinner:
burrito w/ chicken. 3 pieces of 85% dark chocolate

Feb  26 Friday- walk the dog 1 hour, shop for the office, paint, shelves, fridge, supplies
Breakfast:
decaf coffee w/ cream, 2 pieces of rye toast w/ almond butter
Lunch:
2 cheese strings
Snack:
handful of walnuts
Dinner:
chicken on the BBQ, Greek salad, glass of red wine, potatoes, 3 pieces of 85% dark chocolate

Feb  27 Saturday- walk the dog 50 minutes, go shopping from 10- 6 PM[ kind of a workout]
Breakfast:
decaf coffee w/ cream, 2 pieces of rye toast w/ almond butter
Lunch:
piece of chicken, cheese [parm & gouda]
Snack:
decaf coffee w/ cream, 10 walnuts
Dinner:
tuna, brown rice, broccoli and garlic, 1 red wine

Feb  28 Sunday- walk the dog 1 hour
Breakfast:
decaf coffee with cream, 22 pieces of toast with almond butter, 2 slices of cheese
Lunch:
shrimp and tuna
Snack:
decaf coffee
Dinner:
cheese and crackers, steak, chicken. shrimp, salad, cookies and whip cream, 3 glasses of red wine- we had our first LV dinner party
