Breakfast: decaf coffee with cream, 2 pieces of rye toast w/ almond butter
Lunch: Greek salad
Snack: crackers, walnuts
Dinner: chicken breast w/ salad, piece of gouda cheese, 2 pieces of 85% dark chocolate
I’m just concentrating on my football
